Watercolor star is QUILTED!

Friday night I was bound and determined to get this quilt quilted.

And I did!!  I put leaves in the lavender border.  I think that turned out nice.  And I also got the binding on and started sewing it down too.  Good work for Friday and Saturday.  I hope to work on it a bit more tonight. I have my Sewful Sister's meeting along, so I may not be able to finish it up.
Sorry the picture is a bit blurry - I didn't have an opportunity to take another one.

And I finished one more of my CW blocks - Yay!

We took our granddaughter's out for lunch.  Only a kid would have the cheese strung from their mouth to the food on the table.  At least they know how to have fun - even at a place like Del Taco.

Have fun tonight whether you are sewing or eating cheese or doing something else!

  3. You can make out the leaves in the border and they look fantastic! Do you have a long arm or did you do this on a regular machine? I love the purple star on the quilt, my favorite color and one of my favorite quilting shapes.

  4. I did this on my sewing machine. I think this is the third quilt I've done.
