Poor Little Fingers - Working to the Bone (Civil War Quilt)

While at my friendship quilt meeting, the Sewful Sisters, I decided that I'm going to get this Civil War top pieced before the next meeting. (Great goal, right?)
I've spent all my free time working on it.  (Housework? - Ain't got no time for that!) My fingers have been busy, cutting, pressing and sewing.  I timed myself and one border took 3 hours for me to sew using my sewing machine. (Okay I admit I'm slow.)  This morning before work I sewed another side border on.
Yes!!  It's coming along nicely. Two sides on and two to go. I think I'll have it pieced before Tuesday night's meeting.

I've also been busy getting our taxes ready, and planning a trip to Kaui - for our 21st Anniversary.  (Remember we missed our 20th because our grandbaby, Lily was born.)

Happy Stitching,
Linda
